Fine Navy Blue Rib Knit Trim is a practical sewing essential for neat, professional-looking finishes. With its fine rib texture and plain navy blue colour, it is easy to mix and match with a wide range of fabrics and patterns. Made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane, this cotton fabric feels comfortable, is shape-retaining and has just the right amount of stretch for close-fitting edges.

At 264 g/m², it has a pleasing balance of body and flexibility, making it a reliable choice for dressmaking projects where you want the trim to hold its shape. The knitted construction gives it excellent recovery, so cuffs, necklines and waistbands stay looking smart for longer. It is especially useful for jumpers, cardigans, joggers and T-shirts, as well as other garments and accessories that need a tidy finish.

This ribbing is supplied as fabric by the metre, with a width of 70 cm, giving you a useful narrow strip for finishing details. It is also Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Product Class 1 certified, so you can sew with confidence. Wash at 30 degrees, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron on low heat and steam if needed.
