Light, soft batist for airy garments

This batist is a great choice for clothing that should drape gently and feel light to wear. The blend makes the fabric strong and shape-retaining, while still feeling pleasantly soft against the skin. With a drape level of 3/5, it has a medium fall: not too stiff, yet with enough body for a blouse with a collar. It is also practical to work with, as it washes at 30 degrees and dries quickly.

Use it for an elegant blouse, a flowing summer dress, comfortable nightwear or delicate baby clothing. Thanks to the soft quality, it also works beautifully for lighter garments such as a lined dress, a little pair of trousers or a sweet shirt. Because lighter colours can be slightly sheer, you may want to plan a lining for dresses or skirts.
