McCall’s Sewing pattern 7917 CHJ is a very easy pattern for a girls’ jumpsuit in sizes 128 to 152. It’s a great choice if you want a fun, straightforward sewing project that’s suitable for confident beginners as well as more experienced sewists looking for a quick make.
The jumpsuit features a neckline casing with drawstring, front and back slits, narrow hems on the lower edges and arm openings, side seam pockets, and length variations. Versions A and B include a self-fabric belt, while version C has single-thickness leg ties, so the wrong side of the fabric will show. Seam allowance of 1.5 cm is included unless otherwise stated, which saves you from adding it yourself.
