Jeans Stretch Black

This stretch denim is a firm favourite with both beginner and experienced makers because it has a TVI smoothness: 3/5. That means it is supple enough for comfort, while still holding enough body for a neat, flattering shape. Wash it at up to 30 degrees before sewing to allow for any shrinkage. Low-temperature ironing is fine, but avoid the tumble dryer so the excellent stretch lasts as long as possible.

With this denim, you have plenty of options for your wardrobe. Sew smart trousers, a timeless jacket or sturdy dungarees. It is also ideal for a relaxed pair of Bermuda shorts, culottes, a trouser skirt or a stylish suit set.
