Mettler Silk-Finish Cotton 0039 150 m: natural quality with a polished finish

Made from 100% Egyptian cotton, this thread offers a smooth feel and a subtle sheen. The thickness 50 and 150 metre length make it well suited to precise stitching, detailed quilting and general sewing work. Mercerisation gives the cotton its attractive lustre and helps reduce shrinkage, while the thread remains heat-resistant. The result is neat, durable stitches with a professional look. For best results, use a needle size 80–90.

Versatile thread for creative sewing

The understated shade 0039 works beautifully as a quiet companion colour or a subtle contrast in tonal designs. Its silky-matt finish adds a touch of quality to garments, patchwork pieces and decorative projects alike.
