Atmospheric blackout and insulation

This fabric is a real comfort-maker for any room. Thanks to its close structure and weight of 250 g/m², it offers excellent insulating properties. In winter it helps keep warmth in, while in summer it creates a cool and pleasant atmosphere. We rate the softness of this fabric at 3/5. That means it hangs beautifully and evenly, has enough body to block light effectively, and is still soft and elegant to sew with under your machine.

You can use this material perfectly for atmospheric blackout curtains in the bedroom, children’s room or living room. Because it drapes so well and can be washed at 30 degrees, it is also often used as a luxurious curtain lining fabric. So you can easily combine your favourite decorative fabric with the practical benefits of this versatile quality.
