The Alphen fleece uni petrol is a wonderfully soft knitted fabric with two different sides: one smooth and one cosy fleece. This comfortable fabric feels lovely to wear and is easy to sew. The deep petrol shade gives your makes a warm, stylish look, while the 280 g/m² weight and 145 cm width make it a practical choice for your next project.

What can you make with this warm, versatile fabric?

This fabric is a great all-rounder and a pleasure to work with at the sewing machine. Its blend of 65% polyester and 30% cotton gives you a fabric that is both robust and flexible. The gentle stretch across the width adds extra ease, helping you create garments with plenty of movement and a comfortable fit. Because the inside already has a soft fleece finish, you usually do not need an extra lining.

Thanks to its insulating qualities, this fabric is ideal for cooler seasons. Sew a casual jacket, a comfortable jogging suit or a snug sweater. It is also a lovely choice for baby and children’s clothing, such as a practical bodywarmer or a warm bathrobe.
