Tulle 280 Soft and Smooth Mocha is an elegant, transparent tulle with a fine open net structure and a beautifully soft handle. Made from 100% polyester, this dressmaking fabric is also easy to care for: wash at 30 degrees, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, steam if needed and use a cool iron only.
